Parcelhouse Pty Ltd was founded in Sydney, Australia in 1999, by a team of DHL and Tetra Pak executives with extensive experience in logistics operations, information technology and global account management and sales. The objective of the company was to develop business solutions that would add real value and eliminate the inefficiencies caused by the lack of logistics information management and integration.
Parcelhouse has its corporate headquarters in Stockholm, with a regional office in Sydney. Project and Integration offices are located in London, Munich, Luleâ and Gothenburg. The company's Technology Centre is located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Our current customers are specialised logistics service providers (3-4PL's), manufacturing corporations and transport companies. Parcelhouse enables customers to create value by delivering information solutions that provide advanced visibility, reduced costs and proactive control within the fulfilment and reverse logistics processes.
Parcelhouse customers appreciate our solutions as an effective way of tracking and managing information flow between all participants in the logistics network. Existing IT infrastructure is complemented, enhanced and further strengthened through close cooperation and reduced reliance on costly manual routines and the introduction of proactive measures into the entire logistics network.
